Engr Ryan Chris Dagomboy starts the company in Palawan, taking on residential builds across El Nido and Puerto Princesa.
First commercial contract
A retail buildout in Puerto Princesa is delivered ahead of schedule, earning our first repeat commercial client.
Design-build division opens
Architecture and engineering move in-house, so drawings and site conditions finally speak the same language.
20 projects, and a promise
We cross 20 completed builds and launch a paid apprenticeship program to train the next generation of tradespeople.
